Arsenal v Sporting Braga: Arsene Wenger's pre-match press conference

Arsene Wenger held his pre-match briefing for the media on Tuesday lunchtime ahead of tomorrow's clash with Sporting Braga.


Here are the highlights:

On Abou Diaby's fitness:
"He's out with an ankle problem following the tackle from Robinson and I don't know really for how long but certainly he will not play tomorrow and certainly not over the weekend."

On Thomas Vermaelen's fitness:
"He's out as well. [An] achilles problem coming back from Belgium. So we do not have him available."

There were no other players added to the long term injury list which includes: Theo Walcott, Robin Van Persie, Nicklas Bendtner and Aaron Ramsey.
