Sunderland v Arsenal: The starting 11

Arsene Wenger names an unchanged starting 11  from the team who beat Sporting Braga 6-0 on Wednesday.

It is the first time this season the manager has named the same team.

Arsenal: Almunia, Sagna, Squillaci, Koscielny, Clichy, Fabregas, Song, Wilshere, Nasri, Chamakh, Arshavin

Subs: Fabianski, Eboue, Gibbs, Djourou, Denilson, Rosicky, Vela

The Sunderland team is:

Mignolet, Onuoha, Richardson, Ferdinand, Bramble, Welbeck, Elmohamady, Malbranque, Riveros, Henderson, Bent.

Subs: Carson, Bardsley, Zenden, Colback, Gyan, Reid, Da Silva
