Aston Villa v Arsenal: Arsene Wenger's starting 11

Arsene Wenger makes two changes from the side which lost to Tottenham last weekend.

Jack Wilshere is given the nod ahead of Denilson.

With Cesc Fabregas injured, Tomas Rosicky comes into the starting 11.

It is unclear if Rosicky will be a direct replacement for the Spaniard and play in the centre of the attacking three or whether Samir Nasri will move from the right hand side to take the Captain's place.

For Villa, Arsenal old boy Robert Pires starts.

Arsenal: (4-2-3-1) Fabianski, Sagna, Squilaci, Koscielny Clichy, Song, Wilshere, Rosicky (C), Nasri, Arshavin, Chamakh.

Subs: Szczesny, Djourou, Gibbs, Denilson, Walcott, van Persie, Bendtner.
