How Arsenal players fared on international duty - injury updates

Robin van Persie played 90 minutes for Holland as they beat Hungary 4-0 at the Ferenc Szusza Stadium.

It was an eventful night for the Arsenal striker who was booked in the 18th minute for unsporting behaviour.

He then laid on an assist for Liverpool's Dirk Kuyt in the 53rd minute to help put his country 3-0 up before adding the fourth himself.

The win puts Holland top of Euro 2012 Qualifying Group.

Samir Nasri led France out wearing the captain's arm band for their European Championship Qualifying group D clash with Luxembourg at the Josy Barthel Stadium.

Arsenal's number 8 creating the first goal from a free kick, scored by defender Phillippe Mexes in the 28th minute. He played 90 minutes.

The Gunners other representative in the France 18 was Bacary Sagna who played the whole game.

Gael Clichy was not included in the Franch squad and Laurent Koscielny withdrew to attend the birth of his first child.

Tomas Rosicky played 90 minutes for the Czech Republic in their match with Spain at the Santiago Bernabeu Stadium.

At half time, Rosicky's team led the World Cup holders 1-0 with a goal from Jaroslav Plasil but two second half strikes from David Villa secured victory for the Spanish.
