An Arsenal win: just what the doctor ordered

Well 3-1 against Blackpool isn't a bad result considering Manchester United were lucky to beat them 3-2.

The first two Gunners to score were unlikely goal scorers.

Abou Diaby getting on the end of a move he started with a tackle and them running forward to be on Robin van Persie's cross.

Emmanuel Eboue foound the back of the net with a smashing left footed strike to make it 2-0.

Blackpool game back into the game and found the back of Jens Lehmann's net.

But Robin van Persie was on the end of substitute Theo Walcott's cross to make the score 3-1.

Arsenal are now 7 points behind Manchester United in the title race and that gap could be down to four points by the next time Alex Ferguson's men play as United play FA Cup football next weekend.

Stand out players for me were Lehmann, Diaby, Fabregas and Van Persie.
