Jack's comeback -Arsenal's record profits -Andre Santos doesn't drive how he wants

Morning Gooners.

Drinking on a school night is never normally a good idea for me and I'm feeling rather rough around the edges this morning.

The manager held his pre-match press conference yesterday and the injury news is pretty good if you take out the fact we're without our two first choice goalkeepers.

Jack Wilshere is going to be playing his first minutes of football in an Arsenal shirt in 14 months when he lines up for the under-21s against West Brom on Monday. Bacary Sagna is in full training now along with Jack and Emmanuel Frimpong.

Tomas Rosicky is two weeks away and Wojciech Szczesny is at least three weeks from a return.

I don't think there will be that many changes to the team which played Manchester City last weekend. The manager might want to go with a more attacking team and play either Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain or Theo Walcott on the right hand side in place of Aaron Ramsey.

The club has announced record profits of £36m which doesn't include any of the cash generated by the profit portfolio. I'm sure the club will find a way of justifying putting season tickets up again at the end of the season though and pricing even more fans out of going to watch live football.

And Andre Santos has admitted driving without due care and attention and when so many of his fellow professionals try to get themselves off these sorts of charges, it's good to see Santos admit his mistake and take his punishment.

I'm sorry but that's it for today. More tomorrow.
