Arsenal have been watching Portuguese teenager Goncalo Guedes, according to the Daily Mirror.
The 17-year-old has caught the eye of a number of clubs, including the Gunners, during his performances in the UEFA Youth League.
His Benfica side reached the final where they were beaten 2-0 by Barcelona in Nyon last week.
The Portuguese media are reporting that Gilles Grimandi has been in attendance during the Benfiquista' run to the final.
According to reports, Benfica want to extend Guedes's contact and set a new buy out clause to fend off interest from the Gunners as well as AC Milan and Borussia Dortmund.
At the moment, the teenage winger could be available for £6million.
