Jack Wilshere has stepped up his comeback from injury with a session in the gym.
The midfielder sustained a hairline fracture to the navicular bone in his left foot during England’s friendly with Denmark last month.
The 22-year-old is expected to return before the end of the season and Arsenal said the player would require "a period of approximately six weeks’ rehabilitation, before starting to regain his match fitness."
The six week period would end after the Gunners match with West Ham next Tuesday.
Speaking before last weekend's match, Arsene Wenger said:
"Jack is progressing well."Wilshere last starred for the Gunners in their 1-0 defeat at Stoke.
