Lukas Podolski has admitted he and his team mates will not lose focus in the Gunners battle with Everton for a Champions League spot.
The German international scored goals either side of half time to secure all three points for Arsene Wenger's men.
It ends a fantastic five days for the 28-year-old who also scored a brace in Tuesday night's win over West Ham United.
"It's important to get fourth place, but it's important to go match to match.
"We now look forward to our next game against Newcastle because every game is important."Asked whether he minded not being played in a central role, the German added:
"When you score the goals nobody speaks about where you play. The coach makes the decision where we play and it is just important to get the three points."The Gunners now have seven days rest before they play Newcastle at the Emirates on Monday week.
